Regional Express is pleased to offer a product return service in Germany for your unsellable or overstocked items held with Amazon.
With most return services Amazon will only offer to return your items to an in-country location leaving many sellers with stock in a 3rd country that they are unable to access.
Regional Express is pleased to advise that we have an address that you the seller can utilise and send your returns to.
Once your goods have been received, we can offer the following services:
- Stock count/check in service
- Consolidation and return to any address globally
- Quality control
- Re-labelling/re-work for return to Amazon
- Disposal
- Storage (goods received will be consolidated and returned at end of each quarter if no other instruction provided)
To access this service, you will need to first create a removal order through your Seller Central account to the following address:

Once the removal order has been created please do send us details of the removal order to fba@regionalexpress.co.uk so we have visibility and can accurately advise that we have received your items.
Depending on the size of the removal order it can often taken Amazon up to 4 weeks to return all items to us.
