Amazon only accept deliveries on Euro Pallets and Regional Express palletise your cartons on arrival at no extra cost.
We have 12 offices throughout the U.S. so there is always an office not too far from your location which reduces the collection costs.

We fully insure every shipmentand in the unlikely case that your shipment is damaged or lost you will be fully refunded for any out of pocket expense. Warehouse claims will be insured by standard BIFA terms.
When you are ready to export please ensure you have the correct documentation to go with the freight. We need a list of individual items together with the cost value and the Amazon UK or European location and FBA number.
If you work from a commercial building, we can arrange for you to be security cleared in the U.S. and you will be called a “Known” shipper, this will save you up to $1.00 a kilo on your freight cost.

If you find that Air Freight is just too expensive for your product, then why not consider our weekly Sea Freight consolidations. You will require a minimum of 1 pallet load and we will collect from anywhere in the U.S. and take it to either Chicago or New York where we have weekly services to the UK and Europe.
The transit time is around 25 days door-to-door and the savings are impressive.
We can also offer full loads for your top-up freight that will bring your unit price down considerably.
